Cancellation Policy

Here at US Immigration Made Easy, we try our best to offer helpful, dependable, and professional advice for immigration. This Money Back & Cancellation Policy will tell you how we deal with changing appointments, canceling them, and asking for your money back.

1. How Consultation Fees Work

When you pay for a consultation, no matter if it’s over the phone, through video, or in person, that money goes towards making sure your appointment time with an immigration expert is saved just for you.

2. How to Cancel

If You Cancel
If you let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment, you might get all your money back or we can reschedule you without charging anything extra.
But if you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled talk, we generally can’t give you a refund. Still, we might let you reschedule once as a courtesy, depending on when we have openings.
If You Don’t Show Up

If you don’t come to your appointment and haven’t told us beforehand:

You won’t get your money back for that appointment.
You’ll need to pay again to book a new one.

3. How to Reschedule

You can ask to change your appointment time once without paying extra, as long as you get in touch with us a full 24 hours before your original appointment.

If you ask to reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, you might have to pay another booking fee.

4. Getting Your Money Back

We might give you a refund if:

You canceled your appointment at least 24 hours ahead of time.
We couldn’t actually provide the service we promised because of our own technical problems or scheduling mix-ups.

But you generally won’t get a refund for:

Appointments where you didn’t show up.
Cancellations made right before the appointment.
Being unhappy just because you didn’t like the advice you got or the outcome of the consultation.
Services that we’ve already given you.

5. Services We Don’t Refund

If we’ve started working on things like reviewing your documents, guiding you through an application, or doing any other service that’s separate from the consultation fee, then those services can’t be refunded.

6. How to Ask for Your Money Back

If you want to cancel or ask for a refund, just send an email to:

In your email, please tell us:

Your full name
The date and time of your appointment
Why you’re canceling or asking for a refund

We usually get these requests handled within 3 to 5 business days.
